you may return the Product to us one week (7) days of purchase A return store credit will be given to you when your return item is received.If the item we received wasn’t the same as the criteria we provide.We may rejected your requirement.

Every piece jewelry that has been purchase from our store that turn to be in wrong size can be returned immediately within 3-5 days .Shipping cost will be fully incharge by customer.

What if the item was wrongly send or damaged (color fades/broken chain etc) ?

You can exchange your item by emails tu us ( [email protected] ) the picture of defect area.The proccess will only unable  within  48hours of receiving your order .Our team will take a look the problems before proceed.

We always consider the condition of the goods before issuing the shipment.If the items you want to exchange is out of stock,you can purchase another item with lesser value and your balance will be refunded in the parcel that has been sent to you.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
